Ionia County Probate Court Judge Robert Sykes presided over an Adoption Day ceremony for an unusually young child on Tuesday morning. The finalization of the adoption of 7-month-old Mateo Hull officially completes the family unit of Nate and Liz Hull of Belding, whose three older children Remington, 10, Elijah, 8, and Sydney, 6, all attend Belding Area Schools.
