There’s been no questioning that for the past several years, residents of Michigan have been faced with a housing crisis. 

However, the greater question may be, what does that mean? 

That’s precisely what Tim Klont, director of partnerships and management at the Michigan State Housing Development Authority aimed for clarity while speaking on a panel of experts at the annual United Way Community Leaders Conference on Housing last December at Belding High School.
