Ionia County judge orders another bond for attorney contesting psychologist fees

It’s not often that a $6,000 unpaid bill court case heads to the Michigan Court of Appeals, but that’s exactly what’s happening as an Ionia County attorney continues to engage in a lengthy lawsuit with her family’s psychologist. “The contentious case that never seems to end,” Judge Raymond Voet summarized during Wednesday morning’s 20-minute court hearing.
