An aggressive defense wasn’t enough to lift the Carson City-Crystal boys basketball team over their opponent Monday night. The Eagles (3-2) were looking to get back in the win column following a narrow five-point loss to Coleman on Friday in league action. They hosted Lansing Christian (2-2) for their first of three matchups before the holiday break.
