FAIRPLAIN TOWNSHIP — Two people were seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on M-57 on Monday afternoon.
Troopers from the Michigan State Police Lakeview Post responded to the personal injury crash on M-57 near Nevins Road around 12:44 p.m.
A Chevrolet Silverado, driven by a 68-year-old Sheridan man, was heading eastbound on M-57 when he was hit head on by a westbound Ford Fusion driven by a 37-year-old Greenville woman. Both drivers were transported to the hospital in serious and critical conditions.
The crash remains under investigation.
