Reynolds Twp. supervisor overseeing plans for construction of new township hall

Plans are moving forward for a new Reynolds Township Hall, and in a unique arrangement, the township supervisor himself is overseeing construction. The nearly 9,000-square-foot building (7,476 feet on the main level and 1,470 feet in the basement) has an estimated cost of more than $1 million. Supervisor Aaron Kindel confirmed with the Daily News that he is the field supervisor for the project by way of using the builder’s license of John Powell, who owns Powell’s Excavating in Howard City, which was hired to do excavating for the project.
