For the third time in three years, Greenville is starting off the new year with a new mayor. During Tuesday evening’s annual organizational meeting, members of the City Council voted unanimously, with Councilperson Jeanne Cunliffe absent, to elect Councilperson Jeff Scoby to serve as mayor.
