Michelle Neff of Harrison, a former Montcalm County 4-Her, was appointed to the Michigan 4-H Foundation Board at its Oct. 3 annual membership meeting. She will serve a three-year term as the Michigan Council of Extension Associations representative on the board, representing Michigan 4-H staff.
