Greenville High School principal retiring after 31 years with district

After 31 years at Greenville Public Schools, having held a plethora of positions and titles in both educating thousands of students and leading hundreds of teachers, Michelle Blaszczynski has decided to step away, to embrace the next chapter of her life in retirement. 

On Jan. 9, Blaszczynski, 52, the principal of Greenville High School, submitted her letter of retirement to Superintendent Wayne Roedel and the Board of Education, effective July 1.
