In light of a retirement, some staffing changes are coming to the Montcalm County Friend of the Court. Monica Tissue-Daws, who leads the Friend of the Court (FOC) office, and her colleague Lisa Peterson asked the Montcalm County Board of Commissioners on Monday to allow them to eliminate an accounts clerk position and to add a second enforcement clerk position.
