For the first three quarters of Saturday’s state semifinal game, things were looking questionable for the Montabella football team. In the 8-player Division 1 state semifinals, the Mustangs were trailing by 20 points heading into the fourth quarter, knowing they’d need to play the best football of their lives if they were going to keep their season alive one more week.
