For the first time in four decades, this year’s White House Christmas tree will be delivered from the state of Michigan — cultivated and grown on a rural evergreen tree farm in the heart of Montcalm County. On Tuesday, Korson’s Tree Farms, the 1,300-acre, second-generation tree farm on Nevins Road just northwest of Sidney, welcomed a visit from Dale Haney, chief groundskeeper of the White House.
