Prein & Newhof Lead Transportation Engineer Connie Houk presented an overview of more than $9.3 million worth of proposed road improvement millage projects that will take place through 2029 to the Ionia County Board of Commissioners last Tuesday Houk said all county roads were given a PASER (Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating) score in 2023, even most of the unpaved roads, in order to come up with the list of improvement projects.
