A variety of charges were added to the case against a Kentucky man who was arrested at an Indiana rest stop after allegedly kidnapping an Ionia County teenage girl and sexually assaulting her this summer. During a probable cause conference on Wednesday, Ionia County District Court Judge Raymond Voet reviewed new charges faced by Chayleang Tiang, 41, who has pleaded not guilty.
