Ionia council member resigns to return to life on the lake

This city announced Tuesday that Ward 3 City Council Member Dawn Ketchum submitted her resignation effective June 4, immediately following that evening's City Council meeting. “We are moving back to Long Lake,” Ketchum told the Daily News. “We had lived on the lake for six years prior to moving to the city. We missed the lake and look forward to returning and getting more use of our pontoon.”
