By voting unanimously in favor of two resolutions, Ionia County commissioners voted to accept another $389,864.91 worth of opioid lawsuit settlement money at Tuesday's meeting. The county will receive $337,180.46 from the Purdue/Sackler lawsuit, payable over 15 years, plus a one-time aggregate payment of $52,684.45 from manufacturers of generic opioids.
