IHOP site plan for Greenville on hold, approval needed from neighboring Eureka Townships

During Thursday’s meeting of the Greenville Planning Commission, City Manager George Bosanic offered a playful question for the nine commissioners in attendance, indicating that a tasty new restaurant is on the way, but perhaps coming to the city slower than expected.  “Do you guys like pancakes?” he quipped. “Well, you’re going to have to wait a little while longer.”
