In a split decision by the Greenville Planning Commission, a recommendation to approve plans for a 172-unit housing development will now head for a vote of the Greenville City Council. Commissioners voted 5-3 on May 22 to recommend approval of the Hathaway Woods Site Condominium and the proposed major amendment to the Hathaway Green Planned Unit Development submitted by Green Development Ventures.
