Greenville Municipal Airport adds courtesy vehicle for visiting pilots


Grounded no more, pilots landing at the Greenville Municipal Airport now have the opportunity to visit the surrounding community after they touch down on the runway of the rural airport.  During Tuesday’s meeting of the Greenville City Council, members voted unanimously to approve an airport courtesy vehicle policy and indemnification agreement, which will allow pilots to utilize a city-owned vehicle to leave the airport and drive into the city.
