Greenville intent to murder case adjourned until August


A court hearing was adjourned until August involving a Greenville man who is charged with using his vehicle to try to murder another man after an argument at a downtown bar. Christopher Lee Worthing, 47, is charged with assault with intent to murder, a possible life felony, and fleeing the scene of an accident resulting in impairment or death, also a felony. The charges stem from an incident in the early morning hours of June 21 which left Ryan Paul severely injured.
