Another Greenville City Council meeting brought another familiar scene: A resident calling for the city manager’s resignation, followed by the council reaffirming its support for him. At the Aug. 5 meeting, Jeff Hines — who introduced himself under his online Montcalm Vibe radio DJ persona, Joe Knight — again demanded that City Manager George Bosanic step down. This time, he went further, challenging Bosanic to resign and run against him for a council seat.
