A citizen’s continued plea that the city manager resign was met with opposition from other members of the public and a majority of Greenville City Council members. During the July 15 meeting of the City Council, Jeff Hines, otherwise known as his persona “Joe Knight” of the Montcalm Vibe online radio station, briefly attended the meeting to speak during public comment, departing immediately after his comments were made.
