Frontier Days will return to Carson City from May 31 through June 2 for the festival’s 52nd year.
The popular hot air balloon shoot-out will sail back for its 19th year, featuring 12 balloons flown by a combination of pilots who have been coming to Carson City for years, along with a few rookies, according to Festival Committee President Amy Tasker.
