Fire board advised Montcalm Twp. not to join Stuff-A-Bus drive

The Montcalm Township Fire Department has declined to participate in an annual donation drive due to concerns about the event organizer’s social media conduct. For the second year, Greenville resident Jeff Hines, who also goes by his Montcalm Vibe radio DJ persona, Joe Knight, held an annual fundraiser called “Stuff-A-Bus.” The donation drive involves Hines staying on a school bus for a week, raising donations for area fire departments to distribute to victims of tragedies such as house fires.
