A recommendation to rezone a parcel in this township went swiftly Wednesday evening, occurring during an 11-minute meeting of the Eureka Township Planning Commission. After initially reviewing the request last month, members of the commission voted unanimously to recommend rezoning nearly 20 acres of property at 7675 and 7729 W. Kent Road from agricultural to suburban residential.
