For more than six decades, the Danish Festival has brought heritage, heart and hygge to the streets of downtown Greenville. The 61st annual celebration aims to do so again with an expanded lineup of familiar favorites and new attractions. Taking place Aug. 15-17, with several events beginning earlier in the week, this year’s festival is embracing the theme of “Danish Tradition.”
