The Michigan Court of Appeals has reversed a Greenville man’s trial and convictions for resisting and assaulting two police officers and has sent the case back to Montcalm County Circuit Court for a new trial. The opinion was issued on Wednesday, signed by Justices Michelle Rick, Colleen O’Brien and Allie Greenleaf Maldonado.
