The Central Montcalm Public School Board of Education approved a slew of new hires, renewed contracts and retirements at their latest regular meeting on April 21, according to meeting minutes prepared by Michelle Leak-Rensland, human resources specialist for the school district. Present were Board President Bill Simpson Sr., Vice President Brennan Bowen, Secretary Jamie Hansen-Hopkins, Treasurer Lisa Lund and trustees Jim Lingeman, Rob Train and Betty Wakefield.
