Building owners, city officials celebrate completion of 5 new apartments in downtown Greenville 

Walking through the second and third floors of her historic three-story building at 328 S. Lafayette St., Barb VanHoose could hardly believe her eyes. 

Barb, owner of L’Image Salon, which she opened on the first floor of the building in January 2005 after she and her husband, Lee, purchased and renovated the first floor of the building the year prior, had always dreamed of renovating the second and third floors.
