With new housing developments continuing to pop up left and right in the city of Greenville, it’s now surrounding Eureka Township’s turn to enter the “housing” game. During the Dec. 20 meeting of the Eureka Township Planning Commission, commissioners unanimously approved a site plan proposal that will lead to the construction of a proposed 82 new single-family homes on the western edge of the township.
