A decade into leading Belding Area Schools as superintendent, Brent Noskey has been tasked with numerous responsibilities — from maintaining a strong financial standing and ensuring quality curriculum to hiring staff, implementing policy and fostering community relations. In the eyes of the school board, Noskey, 56, continues to receive high marks for his job performance.
