City Council members discussed the new City Hall construction project and some decaying local infrastructure during Tuesday evening’s meeting. City Manager Keven Krieger reported the City Hall project was currently “at a stalemate” while they figure out what will be the most efficient and cost-effective heating/cooling system for the building.
