City Manager Keven Krieger announced that he has accepted a new job with a private company after just six months on the job. His last day with Belding will be Sept. 15. “It is something I discussed with my family over the weekend, and we believe that this is a good move for us,” Krieger told the council on Tuesday. “I've said it multiple times, they mean more to me than any paycheck, so I am choosing to do this really, purely for them.
