‘Attention to detail’

With 15 years under her belt as a 4-H’er, having shown nearly every farm animal imaginable, there wasn’t much left for Morgan Venema, 20, to accomplish in her last year of eligibility as a 4-H’er. Standing before dozens of her fellow 4-H’ers, along with numerous friends, family and other supporters during Sunday’s Montcalm County Fair opening ceremonies, Morgan stood center stage alongside fellow 4-H’er Madison Moran, who were the two finalists for the 2025 Earl Peterson 4-H’er of the Year.
