A 554-acre solar farm planned for Bushnell and Evergreen townships took another step forward with a public hearing in one of the townships on Wednesday evening.
DTE Energy, a Detroit-based electrical and natural gas company, is working with Atwell, a national consulting, engineering and construction services firm, to create what they call the Fish Creek solar farm (Fish Creek runs through the rural area between Stanton and Crystal Township).
