A ‘phenomenal’ increase

MCC projecting historic 12.2% enrollment increase; 1,964 students would be most since 2012

There’s been no shortage of excitement on the Sidney campus of Montcalm Community College this summer as the walls go up on the college's first student dormitory.  However, at the rate the college’s enrollment is currently projected to increase, don’t be surprised if sights are potentially set on additional student housing in the future. During Tuesday’s meeting of the MCC Board held at The Rusty Nail restaurant west of Carson City, MCC President Bradley Barrick provided an enrollment update with the first day of classes beginning Monday.
