Having grown up outside the greater Greenville area, Jeff and Dana Jensen can recall days of rolling around the rink at J.R.’s Roller Castle or shooting pool at the Greenville Pool Hall. But in more recent times, with those venues having long closed, the husband and wife noticed a gap when it came to recreational opportunities for kids and adults to enjoy together.
