When Mike White was widowed in 2013, he turned to alcohol to help ease his pain. He ended up being arrested for operating under the influence and was introduced (with the emphatic assistance of police, parole officer and judge) to Alcoholics Anonymous and the local recovery community to help him begin his journey of sobriety in 2016.
