Greenville’s housing market continues to trend toward expansion, this time with the approval of 66 new apartment units within the southeastern corner of the city. During the Oct. 9 meeting of the Planning Commission, commissioners voted 6-1 — with Commissioner Pete Frye opposed and Commissioner Jason Redlich absent — to approve an application and site plan for a multifamily residential development that will consist of 66 apartment units.
