Many are able to go about their daily lives unbothered by the fact that there are millions of people starving all over the world. Others are deeply disturbed by this and feel obligated to do something about it. If you fall into the second group, the 44th annual Ionia Area CROP Hunger Walk is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 5, a 5K (3.1 mile) trek to raise money for and awareness of hunger, both in local communities and all over the world.
