Three members of a construction crew have been convicted for their roles in a Beaver Island altercation this past summer, while a warrant remains out for the arrest of the owner/CEO of the Greenville-based construction company.
Wesley Pollock of Greenville, Kyle Haney of Crystal Township, Kenneth Ybabez of Lakeview and Kyle Chapman of Lakeview were all charged with a variety of crimes related to the June incident. Pollock is the only defendant not to be arrested and arraigned as he was hospitalized immediately after the attack.
