Greenville planners choose Williams & Works

City Council will consider recommendation of new planner at March 15 meeting

After interviewing three planning firms over two meetings, the Greenville Planning Commission has decided on who it would like to serve as the next city planner.

During the March 3 special meeting of the Planning Commission, the Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the Greenville City Council hire Williams & Works of Grand Rapids, filling the void left by the retirement of Tim Johnson of MainStreet Planning in Grand Rapids last December, who had previously filled the role for the city for 18 years.
