Riley Ingraham, 14, can remember the exact moment when she took an interest in styrofoam recycling.
“I got angry because my parents wanted to throw away a styrofoam breadstick container,” said Ingraham, an eighth-grader from Belding. “They said they couldn’t recycle it because there was nowhere to take it.”
