The Edmore village manager will not be the next city manager of Mount Pleasant.
The Mount Pleasant City Commission on Monday narrowed down four city manager finalists to two: Aaron Desentz, city manager of Eaton Rapids in Eaton County, and John Hanifan, city manager of Chelsea in Washtenaw County.
