Belding man charged with fleeing police, attempted meth delivery in Montcalm County
FREEA Belding man was arrested after an alleged police chase and attempted meth delivery in the early morning hours of Thursday.
At approximately 12:45 a.m., a green Ford Ranger pickup was seen to disregard a stop sign on Deaner Road at Wyman Road in Home Township. When a traffic stop was attempted by a Montcalm County sheriff’s deputy, the driver — later identified as Antonio Michael Rushford, 44 — allegedly began to flee.
