An Ionia County judge and a Kent County judge are facing off in a bid to be elected to a Michigan Court of Appeals seat.
Kathleen Feeney, 60, of Rockford and Raymond Voet, 60, of Ionia are both running for the 3rd District seat on the Court of Appeals — one of the highest volume intermediate appellate courts in the U.S.
