The Michigan Supreme Court has published the FY 2021 Problem-Solving Courts Annual Report, highlighting the success of 203 problem-solving courts (PSCs) across Michigan from Oct. 1, 2020, to Sept. 30, 2021.

PSCs are also known as specialty courts.

Defendants, witnesses and litigants are appearing in court via Zoom while getting their hair dyed, walking through a store, working on an assembly line, driving, smoking marijuana, hookah or vaping and wearing a plastic bag on their head.
