Association tackles shortage of game officials, recruits new ones

There’s a large need in the high school sports landscape for people to recruit officials, help mentor them and try to retain them long-term — Rob Braman serves that role for the Heart of Michigan Officials Association (HMOA).

Braman is the Recruiting and Mentoring Coordinator (RMC) within the organization.
