After interviewing four candidates for county administrator on Saturday, the Ionia County Board of Commissioners will make an employment offer to Dennis Durham, the city administrator of Windsor Heights, Iowa.
If Durham declines the position, the board selected Escanaba City Manager Patrick Jordan as their second choice.
