A Barry County man who carried heroin in a vial on his keychain accepted an offer from the Ionia County Prosecutor’s Office in exchange for pleading guilty.
Marcus Allen Fields, 32, of Hastings, was scheduled for a status conference before Ionia County Circuit Court Judge Suzanne Kreeger on Feb. 1.
A Belding man will serve up to 10 years in prison for drug possession and a history of running from the police.
Anthony Joe Geister, 34, was sentenced Nov. 23 by Ionia County Circuit Court Judge Suzanne Kreeger. Geister appeared in the courtroom via Polycom from the Ionia County Jail.
